Astri Keskus

After the closure of the Astri Center, access to the cinema is only possible through the observation tower entrance.

Visiting the viewing platform is currently not possible.

The lockers are located on the 3rd floor next to Bombey Bowling.

The watchmaker is located on the first floor of the center's old atrium (entrance from the Circle K side), under the escalator.

The Itella SmartPost parcel machine can be found right next to the Selver grocery store. The DPD parcel machine is located outside the center, between entrances 1 and 2. The Omniva parcel machine is also outside the center, near the entrance to the PetCity veterinary clinic. See the floor guide for the locations of all parcel machines.

LHV and Swedbank ATMs are located on the 1st floor next to the Elisa and Tele2 stores.
SEB ATMs are located on the 1st floor near the elevators, by the entrance from the parking garage.

Gift card

The Astri gift card is valid at Astri Center and can be purchased at the Astri Center information desk or online at https://astri.ee/astri-keskus/kinkekaart/

The gift card is accepted in all Astri Center stores, including Apollo and Bowling. Astri gift cards are also valid in all other Astri Group shopping centers: Fama Center, Lõunakeskus, and Pärnu Center.

The gift card is valid for 1 year.

The gift card can be reloaded at the information desks of Astri Group shopping centers. You can add funds to the card in amounts ranging from €5 to €500. The maximum value of the gift card is €500.

When you add money to the card, the validity period of the gift card is extended by 365 days from the moment of reloading.

An empty card can be reloaded. If you no longer need the card, you can return it to the information desk at the center and we will give the card a new life.

  • The validity period of the gift card is 1 year.
  • If there are unused funds on the card after 12 months from the date of purchase, a monthly service fee (€0.90) will be applied to the gift card to retain the existing data. The service fee will be deducted from the remaining balance on the gift card until the card reaches three years from the date of issue or until the card balance is zero.
  • The gift card cannot be extended until it has expired.
  • The minimum amount for reloading a gift card is €5. The total value of the gift card can be a maximum of €500.
  • The gift card is extended for 1 month; after that, the gift card will be closed.
  • If the gift card has not been used or its validity period has not been extended within 3 years, and there are still available funds on the card, the gift card will be fully cancelled.
  • A closed card cannot be reactivated or exchanged for cash/a new gift card.

    What to do with a gift card with a marginal value left or a zero-balance gift card?
  • The Astri gift card can be reloaded, which will extend the validity period of the gift card by 365 days.
  • Give your gift card a new life: bring the reusable gift card to the information desk donation box at the center and direct the gift card for recycling.

Yes. If the purchase amount exceeds the balance on the gift card, the difference can be paid either in cash or by bank card.

The shopping center is not responsible for the loss of the card or any resulting damages. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and no monetary refund will be issued for transactions made with the card that are subsequently canceled.

To return goods purchased with a gift card, please contact the respective store, and if possible, exchange the item.

A gift card linked to your Astri ID allows the rightful owner to be identified in the event of card loss and, if necessary, to have the card restored.

    • The gift card is not valid at the Lõunakeskus information desk, Baltest Mööbel, Olympic Casino gaming hall, COOP bank office, Tavid Gold & Currency Exchange, Evelatus, IKEA, LIDL, and at sales points where there is no card payment terminal.
    • The gift card is not valid in the coin machines at Pärnu Keskus or in various vending machines offering different services and products. The gift card is not valid at the following partners: Kingsepp, Ju Dream beauty salon, Teletec, Hot Lips, and Studio Allty.
    • The gift card is not valid at the Astri Keskus information desk, Apotheka, Pepco, mobile phone accessories sales points, Evelatus, insurance and bank offices, currency exchange, Charlot store, watchmaker's representative, and at sales points where there is no card payment terminal.
    • The gift card is not valid at the Fama Keskus information desk, Charlot and Apotheka stores, insurance and bank offices, currency exchange, STV customer service, Hesburger, and at sales points where there is no card payment terminal.
    • The gift card is not valid at Balti Jaama Market or Keskturg.

    The Astri Gift Card cannot be used from 21.06.2022 to pay for purchases on Astri.ee.

 

  • The gift card is valid in all Astri Group centers: Lõunakeskus, Pärnu Keskus, Astri Keskus, and Fama Keskus.

    Lõunakeskus:

    • The gift card is valid in Lõunakeskus and in Lõunakeskus Hawaii Express, Petcity, Husqvarna Reginett, Home4you, Softrend, Handyman, Jahipaun, Mileedi Flower and Interior Center, Apollo Cinema, Bauhof, KFC, and McDonald's.

    Pärnu Keskus:

    • The gift card is valid in all Pärnu Keskus shops and Apollo Cinema.

    Astri Keskus:

    • The gift card is valid in all Astri Keskus shops and Apollo Cinema.

    Fama Keskus:

    • The gift card is valid in all Fama Keskus shops.

Yes, it is possible to pay with a gift card in all grocery stores. In addition, you can also use it at Rimi self-service checkouts.

In your email, please include the 16-digit numbers and the expiry dates of the expired gift cards. You will be contacted within 1-2 business days.

You can also visit the information desk at any Astri Group centre with your expired gift card.

If you wish to purchase gift cards for a company and pay by invoice, please proceed as follows:

  • Place your gift card order in our online store and select "bank transfer" as the payment method.
  • The cards can be collected from the information desk of the center after you have been notified that the invoice has been received.
  • Please inform us in writing in advance of the name of the person who will be picking up the cards and the date, so that the cards can be printed and ready on time. It is also possible to order gift cards to a parcel machine or by courier.
