Fama Keskus

The post office is located on the first floor of the center, in the same corridor as the pet store Kika. You can find the exact location on the floor plan: https://astri.ee/fama/majajuht/
 

Unfortunately, the center does not offer such a service.

The restroom is located on the first floor in the corridor between the Omniva post office and the Handymann store.
There is also a restroom on the second floor – after exiting the elevator, turn right and go straight down the corridor; the restroom will be on your left.

Bus tickets can be purchased at the information desk located on the first floor of the center.

Gift card

The Astri gift card is available as either a physical or digital card (sent by email or stored in a Wallet), which operates using a QR code or barcode.

At Fama Centre, the Astri gift card can be used as a means of payment. It can be purchased from the Fama Centre information desk or online at https://astri.ee/fama/kinkekaart/.

Only digital gift cards are sold in the online store. The digital gift card will be sent to the recipient’s email address.

The gift card is valid in all Fama Centre stores, except for Jysk, Rimi, and Kellasepp. Astri gift cards are also valid in all other Astri Group shopping centres: Pärnu Keskus in Pärnu, Lõunakeskus in Tartu, and Astri Centre in Narva.

The gift card is valid for 1 year.

Money cannot be added to a gift card, and an empty card cannot be reloaded.

You can check the balance of your gift card

  • at https://astri.ee/fama/kinkekaart/,
  • at the information desks in the shopping centres,
  • in Astri Group stores where the Astri gift card is accepted as a means of payment.
  • The Gift Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • After the validity period of the Gift Card has expired, the payment option will be closed automatically, and any unused balance on the Gift Card cannot be used and will not be refunded or compensated.
  • A closed card will not be reactivated or exchanged for cash or a new gift card.

Yes. If the purchase amount exceeds the balance on the gift card, the difference can be paid either in cash or by bank card.

The shopping center is not responsible for the loss of the card or any resulting damages. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and transactions made with it cannot be refunded in cash if cancelled.

To return goods purchased with a gift card, please contact the respective store and, if possible, exchange the item.

The gift card is not valid at Jysk, Rimi, or the Watchmaker in Fama Centre.

It is currently not possible to pay with a gift card in grocery stores.

You can order a digital gift card yourself from the Fama Centre website at https://astri.ee/fama/kinkekaart/ by selecting "invoice payment" as the payment method. After the invoice is paid, the gift cards will be sent to your email address. To purchase physical gift cards, please visit the centre's information desk.

The gift card is biodegradable and can be disposed of with organic waste. The gift card is not reusable.
