My Fitness AS began operations in March 2008 by opening its first fitness club in Tallinn, at Viru Center. In a short time, MyFitness has grown into the largest fitness club chain in Estonia, operating 18 clubs across the country: MyFitness Rocca al Mare, MyFitness Mustamäe, MyFitness Kristiine, MyFitness Järve, MyFitness Viru, MyFitness Postimaja, MyFitness Rävala, MyFitness Solaris, MyFitness Balti Jaama Turg, MyFitness Ülemiste City, MyFitness Lasnamäe Linnamäe, MyFitness Lasnamäe Kärberi, MyFitness Viimsi, MyFitness Pirita, MyFitness Tartu Kesklinn, MyFitness Tartu Annelinn, MyFitness Tartu Lõunakeskus, MyFitness Narva Fama, and MyFitness Viljandi.
Today, MyFitness clubs are visited more than 87,000 times per month on average. Our clubs host over 2,300 group training sessions every month, offering more than 47 different styles of workouts – suitable for beginners, experienced fitness enthusiasts, children, youth, seniors – and, of course, both men and women. Our vision is to promote a healthier and better lifestyle.
At MyFitness, we have the best trainers in their field, working with passion to always provide engaging and innovative training programs. MyFitness group workouts include body & mind classes, strength and endurance training in studios and pools, as well as spinning workouts. For those who prefer a more personal approach, we offer the support of our professional personal trainers. In all MyFitness clubs, we also provide Les Mills concept workouts from New Zealand, known worldwide for helping people achieve excellent shape and a great mood.
