Gift card

The Astri gift card is either a physical or digital (sent via email or Wallet) card that operates using a QR code or barcode.

In Lõunakeskus, the Astri gift card is accepted as a means of payment and can be purchased at the Lõunakeskus information desk, from the self-service kiosk near the information desk, or online at https://astri.ee/lounakeskus/kinkekaart. 

Only digital gift cards are sold in the online store. The digital gift card is sent to the recipient's email address.

The gift card is valid in all Lõunakeskus shops and in the retail park. Astri gift cards are also valid in all other Astri Group shopping centers: Pärnu Keskus in Pärnu, and Fama Keskus and Astri Keskus in Narva. 

The gift card is valid for 1 year.

You can check the balance of your gift card

  • at https://astri.ee/lounakeskus/kinkekaart,
  • at the information desks in the shopping centres,
  • at the self-service kiosks in the centres,
  • in Astri Group stores where the Astri gift card is accepted as a means of payment.
  • The Gift Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • After the expiration of the Gift Card, the payment option will be automatically disabled, and any unused balance on the Gift Card cannot be used, refunded, or compensated.
  • A closed card will not be reactivated or exchanged for cash or a new gift card.

Yes. If the purchase amount exceeds the balance on the gift card, the difference can be paid either in cash or by bank card.

The shopping center is not responsible for the loss of the card or any resulting damages. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and no monetary refund can be issued for transactions made with it.

To return goods purchased with a gift card, please contact the respective store and, if possible, exchange the item.

For gifting purposes, we recommend purchasing one gift card with a larger value instead of several cards with smaller amounts. This way, the card can be used in multiple stores until the entire balance is spent within the validity period.

The gift card is not valid at the Lõunakeskus information desk, Olympic Casino gaming hall, COOP bank office, Coop Maksimarket, H&M, Pepco, Tavid Gold & Currency Exchange, IKEA, LIDL, and at sales points where there is no card payment terminal.​

The gift card can be used for payment at Rimi grocery stores, including self-service checkouts. 

You can order a digital gift card yourself from the Lõunakeskus website at https://astri.ee/lounakeskus/kinkekaart/ by selecting "invoice payment" as the payment method. After the invoice has been paid, the gift cards will be sent to your email address. To purchase physical gift cards, please visit the information desk at the center, which is open every day from 10 AM to 7 PM.

The shopping center is not responsible for the loss of the card or any resulting damages. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and no monetary refund can be issued for transactions made with the gift card that are canceled.

To return goods purchased with a gift card, please contact the respective store and, if possible, exchange the product.

A gift card linked to your Astri ID allows the rightful owner to be identified in case the card is lost and, if necessary, the card can be restored. 

The gift card is biodegradable and can be disposed of in organic waste. The gift card is not reusable. 

Center

The lockers are located in the renovated section, in the corridor painted light blue.

There are 4 restrooms in Lõunakeskus:

  • On the 2nd floor next to the Apollo store.
  • On the 1st floor above the Ice Rink entrance.
  • On the 1st floor at the end of the light blue painted corridor in the renovated section.
  • On the 2nd floor opposite Apollo Cinema.

The TAVID currency exchange is located in the corridor between the 2nd and 3rd entrances of Lõunakeskus.

  • ATM located under the escalators in the corridor between Rimi and the information desk: Swedbank

For exchanging money into smaller denominations, you can go to the information desk at Lõunakeskus.

You can find the Itella SmartPOST Rimi parcel machine in the corridor connecting the Rimi Hypermarket and the Lõunakeskus ice rink, near the Reserved store.
The Omniva, Unisend, DPD, and Venipak parcel machines are located outside, next to the second entrance of Lõunakeskus.
