The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract for the Digital Gift Card concluded in the Online Store within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the Digital Gift Card (i.e., from receiving the email containing the card), by submitting a withdrawal application to the email address specified in the payment confirmation.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the sale of the Digital Gift Card in accordance with Section 53 (4) point 71 of the Law of Obligations Act, if the Customer has given consent to the Issuer to deliver the Digital Gift Card as digital content to the Customer or to the recipient designated by the Customer, and has confirmed the loss of the right of withdrawal, and the Online Store has fulfilled its obligation.

5.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Customer is a legal entity.

5.3. The prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal is that the Digital Gift Card has not been used. The Digital Gift Card is considered unused if no Purchase has been made with it.
