Astri Group is developing a new approximately 15,000 m² commercial building at Keskuse tee 8, Raadi, Tartu Parish, with Kesko Senukai K-Rauta as the anchor tenant.
The building will be completed in autumn 2026 and will be twice the size of existing K-Rauta stores in Estonia, offering a wide range of construction, garden, and household goods, drive-in service, and modern solutions. As a result of the project, 140 new jobs will be created and local residents will gain a convenient shopping destination close to home.
In the long term, the goal is to develop Raadi Center into a broader community hub, where various businesses and services create value for local residents. This will turn Raadi into a modern living environment where commerce, services, and community come together.
